  • Resume the music at the point where you left off during your last session.

This use of your personal data is necessary to enable us to comply with our obligations arising from the contract between you and us, or where your rights are concerned, the laws and regulations on the protection of personal data to which La Touche Musicale is subject. 

To manage your payments (paying users only)

  • Accounting and tax obligations ;
  • Fight against fraud, in order to detect and prevent fraudulent payments or fraudulent use of the La Touche Musicale service.
This use of your personal data is necessary to enable us to process your payment, in accordance with the contract that binds us to you, to comply with accounting and tax regulations to which La Touche Musicale is subject, as well as to fight against fraud, which is in the legitimate interest of La Touche Musicale.

When you use The Musical Touch service, you have the option to:
  • Connect third-party devices to your user account, such as pianos, keyboards, synthesizers or connected speakers, smartphone, tablet and computer;
You can manage your profile in your settings.

Association with GAR and the Ministry of Education

The department ensures the protection of personal data for access to resources produced by students and teachers.The GAR is a data processing system of the Ministry of Education. GAR data processing is under the sole responsibility of the Minister of National Education.
